Transactions

There are 2 types of transactions:

1. Claims Transactions - outgoing transactions posted to your clearinghouse (containing claims)
2. Remit Transaction - incoming transactions posted to your financial dimension (containing payments)

Search Transactions

Search for Claims Transactions on the All/Submitted Claims Transactions view:

• Transaction Date- date the transaction was sent to the clearinghouse
• Control Number
• Total Claims Submitted- amount of claims included in the transaction
• Total Billed- sum of the billed amount from all the claims included in the transaction

Search for Recovery Transactions on the All Recovery Transactions view:

• Production Date- date transaction was initiated from payer, typically a few days prior to the check date
• Payment/Check Date- date listed on the check from the payer
• Payer
• Payee
• Payment Method
• Paid Amount
• Financial Dimension
