Definitions
Definitions are used throughout the system to give your organization flexibility to customize options across various fields and workflows.
You can review existing definitions and add new definitions from the Definitions view on the setup area of the site menu.
Referral Category Definitions
Referral Category definitions can be created to allow you to group referral accounts into categories (daycare, school, care management association, etc.).
This will allow you to report around the amount of opportunities brought in from specific referral account categories.
Click '+ Definition' on the Definitions view on the setup area of the site menu.
- Type - Referral Category
- Name - Name the Referral Category definition
Marketing Source Definitions
Marketing Source definitions track the different sources where patient/practitioners can find your organization (website, facebook ad, linked in post, etc.).
You can also set for leads to come in automatically set to a specific marketing source.
Click '+ Definition' on the Definitions view on the setup area of the site menu.
- Type - Marketing Source
- Name - Name the Marketing Source definition
Document Definitions
Document definitions can be created to allow you to set up required patient documents per payer, and track patient documents on patients and opportunities.
Click '+ Definition' on the Definitions view on the setup area of the site menu.
- Type - Patient Document
- Name - Name the Document definition
Practitioner Role Definitions
Practitioner Role definitions allow you to set up custom role names (besides BCBA and Behavior Technician) so you can use these roles to organize your practitioners on views and dashboards.
Click '+ Definition' on the Definitions view on the setup area of the site menu.
- Type - Practitioner Role
- Name - Name the Practitioner Role definition
- Access Role - select the level of access a practitioner with this role will have in Note (BCBA = edit care plan access, Behavior Technician = read-only care plan access).
